    I did the P90X Program twice the first-time I didn't use the Nutrition program the results were not as dramatic as the second time I did the program using the Nutrition program. The Nutrition was the key!

    Hmm, love his passion, But his routine is completely over the top obsessive. I'm not sure we are meant to stay young forever and with all that wear and tear on his body I find it hard to believe that he can keep that up forever. As they say it takes all kinds. Great interview.
