I would go option 1, get wide range to test in different locations from the Territory right down the east coast and into SA. Growing up in the Territory in the 90's the original grubs were gnarly on the Barra and the minnows were great when they were being picky.

Love the videos, have helped me nail a couple on the slim swim, and would break that $400 down with your favourites for $200 and a $200 bunch of hooks and weed less gear to match, really appreciate what you do for us views with the tips and the tricks, and just the way you explain things.

I would go for option #2 as I'd love to compare the infeet against my 'high end' rods for comparison and we know we can never have enough rods! would definitely have some of the Baitjunkie placcies as i am very leen to give them a go after years of using Zman and a few others!

As always mate brilliant video, full of information and entertaining at the same time. A big shout-out to berleypro for getting behind you for these comps, I love my berleypro stuff. I personally couldn’t pass up the opportunity to get my hands on one of the new Daiwa Infeet rods, especially after the run down in your review a few eps ago. Daiwa really do think about all fishos when making their low to mid range products comparable to the top end of the field, to finish it off loading up on some Bait Junkies would top it off winning the comp.

Option 2 would be amazing! The Infeet rod pair with a few bait junkie lures to give a try, always been a zman kind of guy but starting to try new soft plastics and loving it.
Some sneaky line and out some towards a reel would be mint 👌🏻

Definitely could go for option 2. Maybe the new Daiwa Rebellion rods of your choice. Something to chase bigger flathead and Big bream on the flats. The rest filled out with bait junkie tackle would be absolutely mint for the fishing streams

Actually l was wondering why anyone would buy these over the Zmans. Really glad that l stumbled across this channel & l was very impressed with its fair and unbiased assessment. So l liked and subscribed ..... even if there was not not the competition. But since there is - l'd choose option 2

Great video - just saw the BaitJunkie range come online at my local tackle shop and found your vid while I was researching them. I'd probably go option two I reckon. I've been eyeing off a new ultralight rod and I generally fish with Daiwa gear so I'd go the 2019 TD Zero 7"6' ultralight, however that new '20 Infeet rod looks pretty good too. I'd use any remaining dosh on soft plastics - I'd give the BaitJunkie minnows and grubs a go.
I use the 2.5" and 3" slimswimz a lot now and they're pretty good, so the BaitJunkie minnow will have to be impressive to make me want to switch. I reckon the BaitJunkie's colours might be a point in their favour
- there's some good looking darker color options in the BaitJunkie that I reckon might go great, particularly on the EPs. The scent could go either way - I'm not usually a fan of pre-scented plastics.

Sorry if I've already posted here as I thought I had the other night but couldn't find it. I threw a 3in minnow up against a bridge pillar the other day and it got stuck about a foot off the water like a slinky... geez these plastics are soft, remind me of a Keitech in some ways. I'd like a new skip casting rod to chase Jacks this summer and I'd stock up on the Bait Junkies, I absolutely love the action of these lures.

We could always use more!!! ahahhahaah mate give them a go vs Zman, you may like the Daiwa or you may like the Zman. I'd say give the Daiwa a go for few trips then go with what you feel better with at the end.
