Wonderful testimonial, and I'm jealous that I didn't think to include bottle cages with matching paint on mine. I also agree that from my USA perspective I'm biased towards nearly instant delivery which is obviously not the case here, but I believe that's a feature, not a bug and enhances the experience. Dario's frequent pictures and updates as the bike is being built established a connection to the bike you'd never get anywhere else.
