Your figure for Transverse decay around 35:32 - is that figure correct? It seems where you choose the TE for that figure would accentuate not minimise T2 effects? Also the figure seems different to the previous slides for transverse decay.
+Shieak Tzeng Nice observation! The figure showing T2 decay is linked to the graph for T1 relaxation (which precedes the T2 decay), hence the Mxy does not always start at the same value at t=0.
