    Thanks Anthony for the last 10 great tips. I think I will just put you on my Christmas gift list for all the times I don't show how much I appreciate you.

    Thanks for this. So glad they finally made it easier. (Consider purchasing his presets. They are absolutely the best out there)

    Anthony, thank you a thousand times! I have been struggling importing presets for the past week, and "everyone" had a different method of doing this. But NO ONE mentioned you could import directly from the zip file. Talk about easy! Now, do you have an easy way of importing presets into ACR, and adjustment brushes into LR too? That would complete my search, and I assume for many others as well. Thanks in advance.

    Anthony. Your videos are incredible. I have learned so much. Perhaps I am obtuse, but why would I want presets in the first place? Everyone has their own way of 'seeing' a scene. Wouldn't I be better off simply editing a photo the way I see it rather than according to someone else's sense of esthetic? I can appreciate that it would be nice to be able to create my own to use with my own camera under similar conditions but just don't get it for other presets. Thanks if you can clarify this for me. Paul

    Anthony, I watched your video, and I continue to have issues importing presets. With the current upgrades, I have version LR 8.0 (1193777), and I keep getting errors regardless of what i do. Any suggestions?

    Anthony, is there a way to delete presets in Lightroom Classic? Somehow I imported adjustment brushes into LR Classic presets rather than to the adjustment brush effect, and the brushes are useless where I have them. Any suggestions?

    I don't have this + sign in the corner for some reason. And Lightroom is upto date.

    Inside your zip file, were your presets organized in folders that you now see in Lightroom where the folder name is now the label for a set of presets?

    • @AnthonyMorganti
      @AnthonyMorganti  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes but, that is not what put them in folders inside of Lightroom. They have to be created in Lightroom, and put in a folder then that folder is shared or, in Adobe Camera RAW, you can take that same preset and edit the header info so that it will be put in a specific folder when imported in Lightroom.

    Ummm , have I missed something here? Prior to the update I used to just double-click the presets and it would open Lightroom , convert it to xmp and install it for me.

    • @AnthonyMorganti
      @AnthonyMorganti  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Not all operating systems will auto install the preset when double-clicking. One point too is that you don't have to unzip a compressed file first before installing it.

      Anthony Morganti True. I tend to not think about windows :-) Profiles won’t install with a double click even on the Mac , so one method for both is an improvement.
