And the way the ball curved back into the court was so aesthetic. That Nadal pass vs Verdasco was awesome but I still think that rocket against Djokovic at Montreal should be #1. With Verdasco, most of the battle was just guessing right, whereas against Djokovic it was an entirely intended rally-ender where Rafa shrugged and said “let me hit this 100 mph and see if that works.” And he did it from an open stance, way off the court, with a super steep angle. Djokovic guessed right but the ball still whizzed past him.
I don't understand how Nadal's backhand is not discussed among the best. He has a very dependable and demolishing flat backhand, just as good as Djokovic's, but they constantly prop up Djoker's as the best two-handed backhand.

Yep, that one was really insane! Good comment, I was really undecided between the Verdasco and Novak ones, that angle was too good though haha
