I preferred staying there than in the city since I stayed in China 1 month and half. Watching this video make me cry because I miss those moments living in someone else house but felt like my family more than my own family. PLEASE DO MORE OF THIS TYPE OF VIDEO!!!!!! Unforgettable moments. Ling returning the extra 500000 dongs. Young and old sitting together for a meal before setting off. A shriek of delight when the family was approaching the beach. People doing their part, working in unison, harvesting the vegetables, even though it was for 'pittance'. The family working together pulling out the sweet yam potatoes and tapioca from the ground. Ling's sister playing a simple impromptu game with the younger one making her cry. Dad defeathering and degutting a chicken and throwing the entrails to feed the other chickens in spite of the warning that the chickens will be sick from eating them. Troy doing what he likes to do-talking to the calf. There is a video of Troy talking to a cow on his channel and giving reasons why he likes to do this.

Very nice of you to take the extra time and effort !

This reminds me of the days I was living in Vietnam but we were farming tea and coffee where I'm from. Life was simple and fun as a kid even if we didn't have much. But for the adults it's a constant struggle being a farmer. Most don't get to live in luxury being a farmer. Only ones well-versed in business ended up succeeding which is not common for typical farmers as most didn't get to go to school beyond like junior high.

I have watched quite a few video channels showing what would be daily chores, work on a typical (?) VN farm. Rice, corn, other veggies, some pigs, (so some livestock). Maybe long sugarcane. Some of the vegetables or tubers I am not sure what they are! Some tuber is pulled from under water! Look at Thon Viet PG & Thon Nu Quang Binh channel. (I think they are the same person). I don't understand why when wheelbarrows, carts, even rope-pulled sleds are available, they aren't used. They appear primitive. No insult to them. They are beautiful people. Thank you 🤓

I'm sure you can still donate to Linh. Troy will be visiting her again from our pressure hahaha

I have a feeling he's still there since he's pretty fast with video uploads and he's still in the middle of throwing Linh a birthday bash. I would just go for it and worse comes to worse, he'll come back to give it to her a different day. Troy is a pretty reliable, standup guy :)

Yes you can still donate to Ling. The usd account is a Vietnamese bank account. I don't know how reliable it is though.

Thanks MrPhuongie & Janny - I just sent Troy some Jolly Green Giants as a test donation for Ling's honesty in returning the extra monies. Hopefully it went thru as my first attempt failed with an error message from Paypal?

Good to see Linh's honesty. We would not have seen such behaviour in the city.
Troy did you sleep there? Or go home and travel back.
