I got steering wheel adapter from Amazon, Flashpower 6 hole Steering Wheel Hub Adapter Boss Kit Compatible with Chevy GMC 69-94 Black The steering wheel came from Tangent Engineering, 508-496-2138 This hub adapter is only for a 6 hole steering wheel, if you want a Grant steering wheel you will need a different adapter.
Ray, Nice first upgrade to the Nova. You compared the diameter size of both wheels, does the New wheel protrude out more so than the original (meaning closer to the driver)? That’s shiny part number one, looking forward to the rest of the build. Thanks again for sharing.

It does not, it’s in almost the same position,the only difference is the smaller diameter of the new wheel which feels much better in the hand!
