First: You can stream the same content on two wireless earphones at the same time
With the Galaxy Note 9, you can connect two pair of wireless earphones simlutaneously and two people can listen to music or watch the same video in their respective wireless headphones. So it’s not like you have to share one earbud with someone to be able to do that.
Second: The Note 9 delivers a desktop experience to you if and when you want it
Just one type C to HDMI adapter and one HDMI cable that you connect to a monitor and that’s it! You get a full desktop like experience and you use the Note 9 itself to act as a mouse as well a keyboard. Or, you could connect a bluetooth mouse and keyboard to truly feel like you’re using a desktop computer.
Third: You can increase storage space at an almost insignificant cost
$60 if you want to increase by 256 GB and $25 or less if you want to increase by 128GB. And you can do that any time you want!
If you want to go from a 256 GB iPhone to 512 GB iPhone - you would have to spend $200 more on top of the already $200 more expensive X(S) max (note - unlocked device - text note). But, with Galaxy Note 9, you get a microSD card slot. So, you could get the basic 128 GB model for $1000 bucks and put in a $60 256 GB microSD card and expand storage all the way saving almost $300-$400 bucks for yourself.
Fourth: You will never have to carry a credit card.
With Samsung Pay, you can add your credit cards into the phone and then just use it on regular machines that you use for swiping credit cards. Again, something that Apple phones won’t be letting you do.
Fifth: Customizable homescreens
The iOS has looked the same for years with very little cosmetic change. But with the Galaxy Note 9, you get the customization abilities of Android. So you can pretty much the change the way it looks entirely using various third party apps like Nova Launcher and KWGT widgets (disclaimer: they don’t drain battery). If you want to know how I did this to my Galaxy Note 9 - there is a video card up on the right.
Sixth: You get the S Pen with the Note 9 and that can do a lot more for you.
First of all you can take notes - obviously. And there are more ways to do that than you can imagine. So whether its just a simple double tap on the lock screen or on the homescreen, to take a quick note or use a fully equipped note taking app.
Secondly and more importantly, you can use it as a remote control and control apps like your camera for taking pictures or even a powerpoint presentation to control your slides or your music app to jump a track or play/pause a TH-cam video,.
Also, you can use the S Pen as a tool to translate languages in your native language by simply hovering on it and you can instantly extract text from an image and copy and paste it anywhere you’d like!
Lastly, you can schedule text messages using the native in-built messaging app. I mean, on iPhone you could do that - but as expected, you’d have to spend 2 or 3 dollars to be able to do that. You get that right off the bat wit the Note 9.
Winters are coming in and if you’re in a really cold country where you wear gloves - you can increase the touch sensitivity so the phone is more responsive to your touch even when you’re wearing gloves.

7 is a very low number. The note9 can do almost a ton of things that the iPhone can't even dream about

The improved touch sensitivity also comes in handy when using a screen protector.
At first I wanted to send mine back after noticing that I'd have to touch with a lot of force, but when I did my initial setup going through the settings I noticed that setting and lo and behold: perfect touch and S Pen input. As if I didn't have a protector on my screen. So if yours is rather thick just like mine, give that a try.

Even i with my s8 enjoy dual Audio output. I use wired headphones and at the same time i use My wireless headphones so me and my roommate can listen different music or even the same content with two head phones. Awesome.

I have a iPhone 6s Plus and it’s my daily driver. I also have a Note 9. The Note has a tone of great features, but most don’t translate to my daily operation. I use FaceTime, airdrop and iMessage daily. I work on my Mac and won’t miss a text, email or call, and that’s without plugging the phone to the computer. I use my Note for certain task and the iPhone for other task. Both are great tools.

Yes it is. Like I said, I use iMessage, facetime and airdrop daily. Well if you bring up that the note can be plugged into a computer to be used as a desktop, then you are NOT talking about the phone in isolation. You're talking about how it can be used with a desktop. So I mentioned how the iPhone and Macs work together. If you're going to compare the two be fair and honest.
Windows Your Phone works much the same way with Android phones. You can receive texts and access your photos without plugging your phone into your desktop/laptop. OneDrive also gives you access to all of your files on any device and you can share certain files/folders with others through a link.

Just a note on SD cards. If you get too slow an SD card it slows your Note 9 down. By default I always go for class 10.
Yepp...class 10 is the way to go.. Even better UHS CLASS 3
Most samsung cards are faster than class 10 if u get a higher storage option. Like the 128gb card is rated at 80 to 100mbps writes and reads. 256 is even higher. 64 gigs is like 40 to 60 write.

You can customize the theme and widgets from the themes menu in the note you dont have to download new launcher
why use your phone to play your desktop if you can play your desktop with just your internet lol.
