There is no holding contact,,when the water reaches the level the contact will be static on-off due to wave of water ,then relay and pump will be damage.

It is wrong. In this system the motor runs when the tank is ful and stops when the tank is empty .
Without motor running, How will the tank get filled ?
Just connect the output motor in NC connection.it will work fine
dude just connect the motor to the other pin on the relay(5pin relay) and done!
U r wrong if u switch on the motor manually when it reaches tank level then automatically motor become off its called semi automatic control.

Nice.but transistors base should be connected through a resistor otherwise transistor will get hot/Burne. In my circuit i did a mistake ie not connecting a diode.small flux can damage circuit. :-)

There should be a bias resistor connected on the base, otherwise transistor will be damaged if the sensor wire touched one another.
And the motor pump connection should be on normally open terminal (n.o) of the relay.
The motor will stop if the water reaches the tip of the wires

NC mae connect karenge then pani bharte he off to ho jayega. But jaise he water level thoda kum hoga then again ON ho jayega. Means water level, minimum jane sae pahele he ON ho jayega. So bar bar ON-OFF hota rahega. So its not at all correct circuit.

No, that's backward, if you're using this to control an ~AC~ voltage pump in a pond, as long as the probes are immersed in water, the pump runs, if the water level goes below the probes, the pump should turn off to prevent burn-out of the pump from running dry.
Now if you're using this to check the fullness of a rain barrel for example, then yes, you'd want the probes to be ABOVE the water line, but low enough the water barrel gives a warning either audible or visible to let you know the water level has reached the level you want, so you know to drain the barrel to use some of the water up.
I'd use this to keep my pond pumps from burning out by running dry, and in Florida the humidity sucks the water out of a pond real quick, usually have to refill/add water every other day, this circuit used as shown in the video, off out of water is ideal for preventing a pond pump from running dry because it would shut it off.

Put it in a box, weather proof it and good to go for outside use. Use of an low voltage adapter for outside use would also be good, but battery operation is okay, if you can keep the battery in a secure, dry location and still make it easy access for replacement.
No, you are not understanding how I would use this, the probes would be immersed in the water, pump is ON and runs to keep water flowing in the pond or on the waterfall, no delay is needed for this or required.
This is being used as a safety feature to prevent a pond pump from running dry when the probes are no longer immersed in the water. Once the probes are above the water level, the PUMP MUST TURN OFF {not on!}, if the pump is running with no water going through it, it can burn out and possibly even overheat, and can even possibly start a fire, causing even more damage to surrounding items, like your home.
The way I stated it is correct for MY purpose.
If I follow the probes out of water use and pump runs dry, then I'd be asking for a heap of issues and trouble.
My way is correct for the way I described it. Read it again very carefully, I am correct in the way I am setting it up for my usage.
