Not sure which moment you’re referring to, but I recommend looking for something your son is interested in and joining him for that. Those are our best moments of just hanging out, when I show interest in what they want to do ❤ hope that helps

I own a Christian journal/planner company, The Finding Freedom Co. and I am also on staff at our church. I shared several clips in this video of when I work. Early in the morning, after my workout, and again after lunch
So glad it was helpful! I truly, truly believe that structure with kids, but especially energetic boys, is key. When they know what to expect they are so much more likely to stay focused
I wake up at 5am. On the weeks I have an especially heavy workload I will wake up at 4am (but only if I get to bed early the night before). 7 hours of sleep is a priority for me to be able to show up well.
It’s a journal so you fill in the pages on your own from your own study time. In the beginning of it I teach how to study the Bible. I have a sample of it under my playlists here on TH-cam.
