You are one lucky guy harry. It's great to see a guy who owns these types cars that actually knows stuff about them and doesn't just use them for willy waving and actually drives them and doesn't really worry about the residuals
There are really valuable videos on this channel, this video is one of them. You just have to go down to the first videos on the channel. By the way, it sounds good to hear that a Zonda has been driven 100 thousand km.
I was lucky enough to visit the factory in May. Wonderful place and wonderful people Didn't get to meet Mr. Pagani (but did see Valentino Balboni who we had just talked to while at Lamborghini earlier in the day) but was able to see some amazing cars and were the first to see the 760LH in all it's three pedal glory!
5:49 to 5:56 (the one with red pinstripe) is actually a one-off Zonda GJ. Started as a C12S but had some sort of accident in Scotland and was rebuilt using Zonda F, Cinque and Tricolore parts with F Clubsport spec engine and manual gearbox. One of the best Zondas around, at least in my opinion. It was available for sale at Bohnams recently.
Harry is not a just a writer he is the Editorial Director of EVO and also was the the main person who put up the money for EVO mag in the first place. He formed EVO along with quite a few writers from the discontinued Performance Car after previously being a contributer.
Stupid question but the factory service is in Italy? Just love the looks and sounds of the ZondaSardinia is where Franco Columbu came from, that's Arnolds best friend and former training partner
@alphaswimmer55 I totaly agree with you, except that a Pagani needs to be raw carbon fibre/carbotanium with some red or something touches around the body! Gotta love em' Paganis!
I don't get why some people buy expensive cars, but never drive them. A car is meant for driving, so they should at least take them to the race track. Apparently there are only a few Koenigseggs actually driving, the rest are just in garages. This is true ownership and passion.
i suspect ahead ache and some eye swelling i cured myself of it antibiotic for about two weeks will 30 days to be sure the problem with immunity is over time you can't tell if you're feeling ill
Dude, how rich are you? Got to love the million dollar Zonda with the $100 navigation unit. lol Nice Panerai by the way. You are a man of impeccable taste.
that glossy carbon zonda R... under the cover. is here in Ontario. it is the only naked glossy carbon R in existence, its the only zonda in north america, it also costs 2.3 million dollars. it is at Legendary Motor Cars. google em if you like.
"Lovely when they always clean the car up, when it visits the factory". I should hope so for €5300, BMW cleaned mine inside and out when it went in for a £50 MOT!
This is amazing, quite simply amazing.
Hello shmee from the past, I wonder if you ever thought you were going to drive one back then.
Noice
A modest man of resourceful means.
Many people in this gentlemans stratosphere can take an example from him.
You are one lucky guy harry. It's great to see a guy who owns these types cars that actually knows stuff about them and doesn't just use them for willy waving and actually drives them and doesn't really worry about the residuals
Yes a lucky guy. But how does he pay all those cars? He has a rich wife? 99% of all the people on this planet can only dream about those cars.
+74Robinos you do know Harry set up EVO the car magazine?
chappy2121 I didn't know.
Hes actual profession is farmer. Was quite rich before the whole EVO magazine thingy.
Just picking up my zonda, as you do lol
When i grow up i want to be just like Harry. I love his videos. They give me hope.
love the fact that the people that buy these cars actually drive them
There are really valuable videos on this channel, this video is one of them. You just have to go down to the first videos on the channel. By the way, it sounds good to hear that a Zonda has been driven 100 thousand km.
That gloss carbon zonda r is actually sitting in a special car dealership in Ontario! Got to see it in person and it looks absolutely stunning!
You have to love the way even the sound of the engine turns heads as he comes off the ferry. That's before they even set eyes on the thing.
Thank you for sharing this video. It is truly a pleasure to see what ownership of a Pagani entails. Cheers
Harry, this Zonda car is absoluetly amazing, dare I say you shouldn't have sold it. That's a car you keep on for generations.
It’s worth a fortune now Harry is a true car man and a gentleman that lets us in on HES lifestyle. Top bloke

I wonder what acusting the inside of the ferry would have been... a little rev?
That guy in the ferry was really rude, I guess envy. "auto papire!" jaja Beautiful car
I don't know what I'd do without these EVO vids now!
Two things.Harry Metcalfe is my favorite car reviewer, and the this Pagani is the greatest looking super car on the planet
Agreed
Traveling in your Zonda, Panerai on the wrist, for a meeting with Horacio in Sardinia? Living the Dream Harry my man, Living the Dream.
Harry, you're just terrific! Possibly the coolest middle-age man on Earth.
5:49 to 5:56 (the one with red pinstripe) is actually a one-off Zonda GJ. That's what I call true passion. Thank you.
Harry is not a just a writer he is the Editorial Director of EVO and also was the the main person who put up the money for EVO mag in the first place.
He formed EVO along with quite a few writers from the discontinued Performance Car after previously being a contributer.
I love Harry's long videos!
Brilliant man for sharing the experience!
He's actually a farmer, and owner of Evo magazine. Farming pays well in the UK.
Thanks for the ride Harry.
another great video by Harry
Says something about their reliability. Really top notch manufacturer, and these AMG engines are tanks!
I didn't know you owned a C12 because I had only seen the Huayra video. It looks great Harry! Please keep the videos coming.
brake pads that resist brake fade by not melting when the get hot squeak when they are cold. they make lots of dust as well need to be hot.
Amazing video, Harry! Keep going like that!
So much class in one video.
Lol! The italian guy was talking in german as he said "Autopapiere". :D
What does that mean?
@@joshsvoss Documents of the vehicle.
I think high spec performance brakes do squeak. They probably stop squeaking once they are properly warmed up and under heavy braking loads.
We need 10 or more Zonda videos from Harry
no it's not, the 760 LH was finished in purple, the zonda under the cover is a zonda R that was, as harry says, finished in gloss carbon fiber
I've seen that exact all black gloss carbon Zonda R at a showroom and the autoshow in Canada :) Yes, in Canada :)
This man owns brilliant cars.
I am impressed by the bill, in a good way.
I used to love Lamborghini. I still like Ferrari, but Pagani zondas are KING!
***** I agree and just said the same thing to Harry
I could watch Harry's videos all fucking day long. He is the best
Very very nice Zonda you got Harry I only wish it was mine :-D
We want see more Harry!
the gloss carbon zonda R is now in the US
"It's not a car, the zondarr is actually a truck." Laughed so hard at this
nunca dejes de soñar!
Nice Island and Nice Car !!!
ooohhhhh what i would do to have a Zonda. Dont care which one cuz their all magnificent :)
Stupid question but the factory service is in Italy? Just love the looks and sounds of the ZondaSardinia is where Franco Columbu came from, that's Arnolds best friend and former training partner
man, heaven in a parking lot
@alphaswimmer55 I totaly agree with you, except that a Pagani needs to be raw carbon fibre/carbotanium with some red or something touches around the body!
Gotta love em' Paganis!
Is there going to be a part 2? Really want to see more!
I don't get why some people buy expensive cars, but never drive them. A car is meant for driving, so they should at least take them to the race track. Apparently there are only a few Koenigseggs actually driving, the rest are just in garages. This is true ownership and passion.
Thank you Harry, you are a legend :)
pays pretty good being a founder and director of a big magazine ya know
€5300 is a bloody bargain in supercar terms! Impressive by Pagani.
Pagani factory: a house with a garden. Cool
i suspect ahead ache and some eye swelling i cured myself of it antibiotic for about two weeks will 30 days to be sure the problem with immunity is over time you can't tell if you're feeling ill
i'm italian yet have no clue of what the guy at the ferry to Sardinia has said (twice)..
Tom Halliburton oh ok, he spoke german to a brit. Whatever.
this video is awesome
This guy is a legend
Dude, how rich are you?
Got to love the million dollar Zonda with the $100 navigation unit. lol
Nice Panerai by the way.
You are a man of impeccable taste.
He is such a goood reviewer!!!
Umm....at 2:20 + he fires it up by using the key.Is the start-stop button on the gear leaver just for show?
great video. that Batman artwork is kinda cool :)
How much for the maintenance cost budget if crash happened ? How much for the spare parts price tag ?
Great vid, I love it!
that glossy carbon zonda R... under the cover. is here in Ontario. it is the only naked glossy carbon R in existence, its the only zonda in north america, it also costs 2.3 million dollars. it is at Legendary Motor Cars. google em if you like.
mr pagani is amazing!!
Damn Harry Metcalfe is ballin
its just like heaven on earth
I love Sardinia, I would see some videos pagani driven....
Very nice Panerai, Harry !
@CocoasaurusRex1 not just a journalist, but the owner of evo franchise
Given that he's actually a Lord, and founded EVO...I'm pretty positive he's not 'just' a journalist.
nice brakes
Right I thought he said everything was serviced apparently brakes aren't a priority
sk88boarding Usually high performance brakes make noise when they're cold.
I wonder if a Veyron would last 100,000+km? Well done Pagani, well done! :D
wow... insane cars.
He's actually sold this now. To one of his Evo readers!
The zonda @5:31(which harry say's he's never seen) was featured in a top gear magazine, i reconise the batman sticker on it, how ironic (-:
Murf... I would take that over any 1500hp Corvette or 1200hp Viper ANY day. Just such a beautiful car!
So why exactly are the side mirrors placed so high?
"Lovely when they always clean the car up, when it visits the factory".
I should hope so for €5300, BMW cleaned mine inside and out when it went in for a £50 MOT!
60,000km, 100,000km? Wow, Pagani driver's actually drive their cars. That is true ownership.
So you drive your car to Italy for a service and afterwards the brakes are squeaking?
I didn't know that. What's his official title?
god i love these vids
geeze harry, how many cars do you own?!?!?!?!?
Wow. How does automotive journalism pay so well?
Spectacular...
What happened to the Zonda it’s not in Harry’s garage anymore?
Thanks for telling me man!
Not a truck.. he doesn't wan't to scrape the beautiful car!
Amazing!
