    Thanks for this great video. A sedentary lifestyle and a diet with processed foods are the chief reasons for accelerating obesity rates in every country. In Vietnam, it was seldom to see an overweight kid back in the 1990s due to the poor diet. However, it is easy to spot obese children on the street nowadays due to the lack of regular exercise and a diet with excessive amounts of fat.

    Hello Alicter, thank you for the episode. It was very interesting. I am looking forward to the next episode about e-cigarets which became very popular around the globe like they were the cure to traditional smoking. Are they really less harmful than traditional cigarets? I hope you will try to provide the answer.

    😮 obesity seems to be a worldwide problem. Eating and drinking arei the cheapest way to get satisfaction.
    Globalizazion let more population afford junk food and countries with a secolar correct average diet ( e.g.Italy or Greece) are losing their good habits.
    It is very sad indeed.
