I bought this New same Top-end model 2.4 Z Auto white pearl colour on 08/10/2021from tat Harsha Toyota Chennai. Recently my crysta met an accident near siruganur, Trichy. And after 54 days, we get return from Trichy Anamalais Toyota, But the problem was in Fully option Vehicle, out of 8 Airbags not even a single airbag open on tat accident, driver nd co driver seat memb wear a seat belts properly. We wondering and shocking coz (why we go for a fully option vehicle, For a full safety only right but here nothing) and we totally lost the trust from Toyota. it's a Major accident thank God no bigger loss from our side, 15 stitches on left side head on to the guy who sitting in co-driver seat., The technical team from annamalais, who comes to our office for try to convincing us nd they simply said it's a technical fault sir. And now Trichy Annamalais readied nd gave my car but on 90 speed itself was jumped and not even a single drop my family get satisfied, all are worried a lot. Already I put a 3 FIR on siruganur(accident spot), Trichy(Native), and on Harsha Totota. Now I file case on Toyota, after pongal. I have a proper document Evidences, Vip insurance Claimed copies, Accident photos, videos and Hospital Bills etc., Toyota see you in the Court after pongal.
Very sad to hear this bro. Thank God everyone is safe. Buying the car for 30 lakh plus and technical fault cannot be acceptable. Pls keep us posted on the case updates. I own a 2021 same 2.4 Z.
