Look up VAT, vertex animation textures. Houdini has a whole slew of tools to do just that!

Nice testst, does look a bit heavy though.
you are right, it does not look too realistic, anyhow, you can modify any values and make it better, that is the idea: have a setup to play with.

It looks like rubber clothes
yep, it is true.. but the scene is for practice your CFX skill, tweaking values and trying to get a realistic result... so you don't have to worry about cloth and character modelling, rigging and so on, just trying to create a better simulation, or even modify the setup.
