I just tried a pair of these on along with the mackinaw pants in the store in downtown Toronto. I own several filson pieces with 95% still made in usa. I wasnt impressed at all with the sizing they felt tight in everway and the length was just ridiculous, tbh all the pants I tried on while I was there were odd sizing. Now I know what not to buy from filson. The wool on the bibs also felt a little thin.
Nice review! I have the Mackinaw Wool Cruiser and love it. I also own a USA Made Tin Cloth Jacket and Shelter Cloth all season coat. The Mackinaw Cruiser is the best of the bunch. You are correct that the Filson products being made overseas are of high quality however I cannot stomach the significant cost increase Filson did on all their products. I have stopped purchasing their items.
Now, it's all imported.

Why did I watch this video!? I have had Double Tin Bibs for years and i love them. I also love my Mackinaw vests. Now I need some Mackinaw Bibs!
Would those bibs be warm enough to wear in the winter on an ATV or snowmobile?
Just did this last weekend near Parry Sound, Ontario. Yes they are very comfortable for that!
Yes they would however you’d be so much better off getting some modern insulated waterproof Gore Tex snowmobile bibs. Especially on a snowmobile, you’d end up soaking wet within a few hours of hard riding with these (ask me how I know). My waterproof snowmobile bibs/pants have all been cheaper than these too.
