Loren!!! Thank you so much! This was one of those yoga nidras that I got to practice at the exact moment I needed relief from ridiculous stress the most. I repeated the Sankalpa you offered along with my own, and it was liberating. The visualization of the stream and the larger body of water was great, and I love how you are playing around with the preparatory steps prior to the rotation of awareness as it marks a clear transition from getting ready to starting the full practice. My only suggestion for revision, and I hope that it is received as constructively as I intend, is that as you are signing off, your voice begins to break at parts, and you begin to sound unsure of yourself after guiding such a wonderful yoga nidra. That needs to be addressed for future recordings. You got this! Keep going strong because you're sharing such a fantastic gift with everyone here. Thank you again! 😄
This was such a supreme blend of meditation/ positivity, body scan and visualization. I loved the "circle of safety" and the walk in the woods. Very unique and much needed after a stressful week! Thank you!
Dear Loren, Thank you for this whenever I can't figure out what I need that usually do this meditation and it helps so much. Thank you for acknowledging me before with more waves and watersound backgrounds in videos it's been great. Honestly if you took this style of letting-go, surrendering, giving yourself permission to pass out if you need to, and extended it, I'd be in heaven. I have a really hard time finding the right voices and tones of music, etc to help me really relax so I can sleep. This would be perfect. I do use it for that sometimes but I wish it was 35 minutes to an hour. Thank you so much for all you do and the right volume and pace of your voice coinciding with background noise. Sometimes it's hard when the pace of a person's voice through the meditation is too fast, or too close to the mic to really focus, and you're doing amazing. Thank you thank you thank you. Loren thank you. Much love, Julie 💓(that's my heart vibin' after today's session)
Hi Julie! I am in the midst of recording/ writing a nidra for sleep and it will be extended sounds! It will be released in April. There are a lot of people who love the ocean sounds so I will use that for this nidra so you can pass out to it ;) I totally get the voice thing and I am the exact same way!
For the first time in a long time, I really managed to let go again. Thank you so much! 🙏To day is the first time I listened to 2 nidra’s from you. I started 2,5 years ago with yoga nidra’s from Ally Boothroyd, after falling sick from covid and having severe panic attacks after also loosing both my parents within 3 days from Covid. I have longcovid and rest 3 times a day with a nidra. They have helped me so much. I really like your energy, your words, the flow, everything. I am very happy I found you ❤. Again thank you, Namasté
I am very sorry for your losses. May you find peace as you process your grief, and I hope that you are able to fully recover physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually quite soon. Side note, I have been practicing yoga nidra since 2019, and it's extremely helpful in a myriad of ways, but if you're having pulmonary issues from COVID, I do recommend checking out SKY breathing from the Art of Living Institute as well. I was exhausted for a whole month after I got COVID in 2021, but the sequence of pranayamas helped me recover my energy levels within the week. Wim Hof breathing would have probably sufficed, but I had seen an interview with James Nestor after he released his book and was curious about the Sudarshan Kriya Yoga he referenced.
Thank you Loren for your beautiful nidras, I have been sharing them with others. I really appreciate your delivery and love the water sounds in this one. Wishing Bright Blessings on you and your endeavours. Namaste ❤️🙏
