What salt you added? Do something. Add more lemon juice and keep for few days.Little more chilli powder can be added after that.

Can we add the chilli powder in oil itself.
If you want to add , the oil should come to room temperature. Hot oil will change the colour of chilli powder. Pickle might become dark
