Firstly, I replaced the regulator valve but it does not work. After that, I replaced both of left and rigth fuel pumps; it's work. That's why I did.
I replaced my LEFT pump and fuel filter. Then Idid a flow check of each pump and that passed. Then I did a pressure test. Instead of at least 58 pounds, i got about 45. So I believe the problem is the regulator.
