Hi, just for future reference. Leave the white plastic plug thing in place until you're ready to attach the air line. It holds the brass clamp in the correct place inside the assembly. Once the air spring is back in the vehicle you can then pull out the white plastic piece & push the air line into position inside the brass assembly. I did this a few times before I figured it out.
Good job Sir. I paid a nice amount of money for the same thing. New air cushion on front left side and the car was still low after 3 days in the yard. Changed the shop only to find out that the previous mechanic was a not a well trained chimpanzee who damaged my air valve block. Luckily the mechanic managed to fix it. He said that in the future it might be worth to replace the block, but for now I can leave it. In the old cushion was a tiny pinhole. Once again, congratulations for the great job and video.
Great vídeo!! How many kilometers does this touareg had before the spring broke down?? Is the Pneumatic suspensión reliable?? I'm looking to buy a Touareg 7L and have some doubts about buy it with or without air suspension. Do you recommend it? Thanks in advance!!

HI I hadn't noise from the suspension just heard compressor often working and trying to adjust level of the car to detect location of leakage was used with gas leak detection spray
Thanks for this video, nice work. I have an 09 Cayenne S with air suspension. My passenger side air strut is bent towards the bottom from an accident. Do you know where online I can get a replacement air strut absorber? I've looked online Ebay and other sites, but seems like nobody sells just the air strut only. My airbag is fine. Hopefully, you get this message and reply back.

first time I believe it can take 4-6 hours - if all screw open freely
