Great idea to dehydrate! I've heard of green shots, but never thought it would be so easy! Your boys are really great co-hosts & good sports! Did you mention how long it took to dehydrate the greens you did on camera?? Thanks for another good video!! ❤

Great ideas! Also, you can add the dehydrated bits to a tea mixture for an alternative!

I'm from the UK, vegetarian, live by myself and have a small garden I can grow things in.
I loved the video, I got to say, "that's what I do!", a couple of times.
When I buy stuff in, and it's more than I'm going to use in the week, then the remainder get preservered in some way. I've jars for dehydrated, veg of all sorts, and it works for parts of the plant that you might not use when cooking. I've also a big (gallon) sized jar, just labeled, "green stuff", that's a mix of lots of bit and pieces that I may not have enough of at any one time of giving their own jar.
I don't use any of these for smoothies, or pills but I do use them to add nutrients to all sorts of dishes, and they - especially the "green stuff" - are excellent for a quick soup.
I thought I'd leave a comment as I saw this video only had a few views, which is a shame, but I also know that comments (engagement) help more than a simple 'like'.

We really appreciate the comment and the engagement. We are new to TH-cam and are still learning all the "tricks." The jar with the left over greens is a great idea. We will start doing that too. It is so cool to have a subscriber in a completely different country. The internet is awesome!

What great timing! My wife just put microgreens in the dehyrater yesterday to do the same thing! We borrowed a big one from a friend but not working so well so going back to one like you used...had it for years too. Woohoo!

How about fermenting the microgreens? Dehydrating will remove some of the nutrients. Fermenting will save them.

      Yes, ferment them for sure!

You could hide that in so many foods and nobody would ever know.

irrelevant video content, .... waste of time, you set out to weigh microgreens with the intention of giving visitors a weight ratio for raw - dried dehydrated or freeze-dried, but you got lost and perished on the way in unnecessary explanations, what a shame !

I cant imagine spending the time and effort to type out such an irrelevant comment. Thanks for watching.
