I bet this gorgeous beauty of a home sold in days! Your son is a natural!! He is fabulous - a realtor in the making!! He is definitely hired!! The layout and design of this amazing home are outstanding and your son did a fine job of leading part of the tour! You better set up a desk for him at your office to come in after school to do a little work!! Lol! Kids are so great! As I recall your daughter was in a terrific video and she also had a special gift! Brad this house would be bliss to come home to and who would want to leave?!! It has so many amenities!! One of the top reasons WHY we purchased in this exact cul-de-sac was for access to the C-Train as we both worked downtown and our children would be attending high school downtown. As they got older, they and their friends were able to travel in packs to go out and enjoy the nightlife and all made it back home safely not to mention how easy it is to go to a Flames game or CFL game. Finally, I often bike down to Edworthy park, all through the bowriver paths to downtown, to Inglewood and beyond including a morning commute to work…my favorite tip is to take the C-Train back home. So not ridiculous.
