That is correct. In fact Mr Eichler was difficult to remove when it came time for the Frank family assume ownership. He really liked being there, it seems . . .
It means with local materials, basic construction in order to do not increase the construction cost to afford the house not reducing the design and functionality. Thank you for watching!
Confession. I love Frank Lloyd Wright's exteriors, however, I've never liked his interiors. They're closed in, stuffy, bourgeois, and dated. I much prefer the open, modern, airy interiors of Richard Neutra.
Thank you for sharing. Interiors where too sixties and less flexible, but the great is the layout and how it is connected in the interior. Furniture sometimes helps to integrate the whole design. Thank you for watching.
One cannot help seeing less climate specific reproductions of these designs .... ( upon otherwise dynamically similar setting elements ) .... presenting the themselves .... under geodesic climate domes ....large enough and sufficiently ephemeralized .... that they render themselves invisible .
I heard that Mr Eichler rented the house for a while, which inspired him to build "Eichler" style houses.
That's a fascinating piece of history! It's incredible how experiences like that can lead to such iconic architectural styles.

Can you share the budget? Or what exactly affordable meant for that time?
