Large roof over hangs are beautiful and protect the doors, windows and siding from rain and moisture damage. Water is the enemy of buildings. Architects and home builders need to bring back large roof over hangs
Well, it is known that Wright had issues in roofing and other systems. This is the price to be genuine in his field. He develop new advances as overhands, use of the concrete, etc... but thanks to do all that he did, today we have new regulations and new architecture. Also, when we say flat roof, never is flat. It is considered flat when we have a minium of 1% slope. By codes is not permitted 100%, it is mandatory a minimum slope. The problem is the contractor that has no qualifications sometimes to do some systems. Thank you for comment!

Frank was not a big fan of bathrooms when it came to designing homes.
It's interesting how different designers have unique preferences when it comes to home design.
