Thanks for this, Zotac doesn't get a lot of attention on TH-cam. These are available on Amazon for less than 1200, just a couple hundred more than most 3080 ti at this moment. If you use Virtual Reality, the extra memory does actually become useful. The upcoming 4080 is roughly equivalent in performance, but the 24gb memory makes the 3090 ti perhaps more appealing for rendering or video editing.
@@Mr_V989 Yes I found the techpowerup page & I did change thermal pads few times but temp getting higher. I personally email & ask Zotac technician support, their recommendation is 2mm or 1.5mm. Can use any of it. My first trial is VRM 2.5mm, Mem 2mm. Second trial VRM 2mm, Mem 2mm. End up I copper shim modded & surprisingly temp drop much better. You can check video I change thermal pads & copper shim on my youtube channel. th-cam.com/video/ZBJXDeiscI8/w-d-xo.html
undervolt this to 1990mhz@0.9V and this will run at around 320W without major performance lost, the temps will be accordingly very low and the fans barely spining. great card overall especially when this has vapor chamber gpu cooling and comes cheaper than competition
@Paul Denton It might boot but it won't be stable even with being undervolted. Once you have power spikes during heavy usage (Which is common in RTX 30 series) your PSU will just shutdown. I would go with a 1000w minimum for safety, this GPU is an OC version which draws more power.
I may pull the trigger on this card... It's currently 1500$ cad Corsair just announced they are coming with a 12pin cable that splits just to two PCIe at the PSU
@@docholliday6296 Really? I couldn't find it for that price on Prime and i've been looking at the deals all day. Ended up going on scan for the same price
This GPU is great, I just adjusted my fan curve to make it run cooler. I'm on OW2 1440p ultra settings, it never goes above 65c for me with 90% usage. I do have like 9 fans in my pc case though so I'm sure that's helping. But honestly if you're going to be playing competitive with a headset on who cares about noise. I got mine new for 900 on eBay, upgraded first from a 3070, to a 3080 10gb now the 3090ti. The fps boost after using the 3070 for the longest time is a huge leap.
Just got this card also. Love it. Great review
Thanks enjoy!
Impressed with the quality of this video. Great content.

The problem here is the price, its ridiculous. Love seeing you make more reviews!

No issues ?
What high graphics games are you running with this card ?
Can't wait to be able to play Roblox Dragon Ball Games again with my future PC bruh 💀
I have this card. It depends on what game/task you're doing how cool it runs. Some games run quite cool, other times this card gets hot fast.
anyone have issues with this card and spectra trying to control the external led support plate.
how do you change the colors
Appreciate it if you could tell whats the thickness if want to change the thermal pad
found this on techpowerup : "The thermal pads on the VRM are 2.3 mm thick, and those on the memory are 2.0 mm thick." - did you change your pads yet?

Hate it when reviewers base their review off the unit the manufacturer sends them... you know they're only going to send the best of the best.
Isn't Zotac garbage cards and run hot because of low quality cooler?
Zotac the walmart of GPU's lol I'll pass
I watercool everything so fans/aesthetics are moot to me.
Not my first choice, but better than PNY and MSI In my opinion.
