I really did try to accept Dylan Wang as Ningque but sadly, I couldn't get the same vibe as Arthur Chen's portrayal. But one thing I really like about this season are the fighting scenes. So cool! Wooh! Fu zi did really pick some badass desciples.
If Ning Que is described as fearless, shameless, arrogant, impulsive and short tempered, then Arthur Chen portrayed him well. If Ning Que is cautious, considerate, and more importantly as loving towards Sang sang, then Wang Daylon's Ning Que is well portrayed. Both actors did a great job.
The Ning que of season one was a teenager guy whose main motive of cultivation was to seek revenge. Ning que in 2nd season is a matured family guy who is upgrading his skills and have other responsibilities of Tang state. He has to be calm and composed. So for me Arthur Chen was perfect for season 1 and Dylan Wang for season 2.
I watched this over and over again with a smile of amusement of Yu Lian😍😍😍 Third sister's fighting technic is superb(aside from Fu Zi/Li Manman/Jun Mo)... She's the most reserved, but perilous one.😍😍😍
