Also reducing small and closely used digital gadgets per hour/day especially at a strech over an hour. You can also add a drop of virgin coconut oil, few times a day. It has excellent tissue repair properties too.

Melony: l could not afford the Bausch and Lomb Areds or Areds 2, so l looked at the main ingredients which are vitamins A (retinol), C, E,
and zinc. I also take lutein daily. I take more of
each that is in the B & L formula, Fortunately,
I also like fish. That has helped my AMD.
Thank you.
Wonderful

Greetings. Whilst some of your findings may be informative & important, I'd like to know something from this doctor. You said in the United States macular is high! Is this disease amoungst black & white people, or is it predominantly a european (white) disease? As your already know the United States is very diverse, with many (DILUTED) ethnicities. So please be specific when you mentioned the United States. I'm aware to some degree, that many diseases started from Recesses Gene Pool. Can you please enlighten the public with MORE truths!
The American diet is what is causing disease!
Great info. Thank you.
I guess some supplements containing Luten, beta caretone, fish oil for repairing damaged caused
Also using Anti Blue light glasses eliminating upto 400uv of light which is the main culprit. Also reducing small and closely used digital gadgets per hour/day especially at a strech over an hour.
You can also add a drop of virgin coconut oil, few times a day. It has excellent tissue repair properties too.
Although the information you present is good I could barely hear . There was a lot of background noise . I had to really concentrate on what you were saying in order to hear your message .
Why not be checked for heavy metals and get to the root of it????

I’m so sorry.
Instead of taking advice from a fat an unhealthy doctor who misses the number one cause of macular degeneration watch the videos of Dr. Chris Knobbe. Not only will you protect yourself from AMD, you will also reap other health benefits. This doctor would be wise to follow Dr. Knobbe.
Thank you doctor.
Can we take ocuviite

If Mama , Grandmama, Poppa, Grandpop has AMD, chances are high that you’ll get it too, regardless of what you do or eat.
That's absolutely not true. You get it because you're eating the same diet they are. A diet high in refined PUFA vegetable oils...

Try fasting especially dry fasting.
Also research hyaluronic acid the eye fluid is composed of hyaluronic acid.
I restored my eyesight by eating…..
Only fruit in the morning till 12
Only vegetables and INTEGRAL carbohydrates
No coffee, no dairy, no medications
Vitamin B12 METHYLCOBALAMINE
I have seen the results first hand of my effort in 1993. Eyesight fully restored in four months
And again 30 years later to a lesser extent, but night vision needs to improve more.
Just keep off all the Junk food……Processed, tinned etc.
it would have been nice if he told us the best glasses to buy, which give the protection your eyes need, but the people that make all the mickey mouse stuff would not be happy, so there goes sensibility, hallo crap,
Unfortunately, his diet and obesity will probably contribute to his own macular degeneration.
It’s really hard for me to listen to health advise from a person that doesn’t practice good health for themselves.
And he's likely not following the most important diet recommendation for avoiding modern crippling diseases including MD....
