We're back! And today we're trying out quite a few things including one of China's most classic snacks from the 1990s - gan cui mian, ready-to-eat instant noodles!
We've also got China's take on Britain's most popular fish (cod), water chestnuts in a bag, and Tibetan Highland Barley wheat sticks. Plus, some of the funniest animal impressions you will probably ever hear.

博步真是可爱到不行，吃东西时候眼睛瞪得圆圆的，哈哈哈哈哈，每次看完视频心情都会很好
For audiences not familiar with the ready to eat noodles, we love it in 1990s, as not only for the food but also for the toy card inside. The theme of the cards, for quite a period, is one of four most famous books in ancient China, water margin or 水浒传. If you collect enough cards satisfying some criterias, you can win some wooden toys or some nice toys. It is basically counting as some stock trading system of kids in China at that time. We eat, and play with the cards, and by some proper investment or exchanges, you would be able to get bigger toys, which make you quite satisfied, at an era that most Chinese families are not rich.
I'd say only for 水浒传 cards, not a big fan of the noodle itself. Already started blaming myself for wasting food🥺

小时候吃得比较多甜的的应该是冬瓜条 麦芽糖 旺旺鲜贝 小白兔奶糖 鱿鱼丝 旺仔牛奶 瓶装豆奶。
不过比较喜欢在路上吃 葱油饼 蚝饼 辣芥菜光饼 那些咸的还能吃饱的。
稍微大一点基本就是kfc的炸鸡以及炸鸡排了
还有禁止街头烧烤摊之前 烧烤也爱吃 特别是烤年糕跟 豆皮
妈咪面，淘有卖，在港起码25年歷史了，超好味，童星点心面也不错

干脆面!!! I like the black pepper flavour. I also like dried squid or any seafood snacks really. I used to eat dried scallop (the ones you need to soak and cook later) when my mum wasn't watching.

exactly, think of fish like cheese and durian. They both smell funky, but both are delicious once you realize there's more to food than just smell. My favorite type of fish to eat is salmon with some Argentine chimichurri all over it. It's divine.
The jury is still out on whether durian tastes good... Too sloppy in my mouth

去国外后看牙医了，没打麻药直接就给拔了，很多医生按住我，那时候太小不知道吃太多甜食的后果🤷♀️
