午餐不知道要煮什么,不妨试试煮这个一锅式均衡料理,一锅熟芥菜饭 Green Mustard Rice

- 芥菜饭是什么?芥菜饭是客家人正月二十必吃的一餐饭,
因为芥菜有一点苦味，用来煮饭代表年已经过完了，
大家过好吃苦耐劳的准备，为新的一年奋斗的用意。
材料: Ingredients:
2 ½杯 白米 - 2 ½ cups white rice
2 ½杯 温水 - 2 ½ cups Warm water
300克 芥菜 - 300g Green Mustard
150- 200克 三层肉/ 五花肉 - 150- 200g Pork Belly
一条腊肠 - 1 sausage
30克 虾米 - 30g dried shrimp
四朵香菇 - 4 mushrooms
6~8粒 蒜米 - 6~8 pcs garlic
5~6粒 小葱头 - 5~6pcs shallot
4~5片 姜片 - 4~5 slices ginger
2 ½杯 高汤 - 2 ½ cups soup stock
1汤匙 蚝油 - 1tbsp oyster sauce
少许 胡椒粉 - dash of white pepper
1茶匙 玉米粉 - 1 tsp corn flour
1 汤匙 油 - 1 tbsp Oil
2 汤匙 猪油 - 2 tbsp lard / oil
1 茶匙的盐 - 1 tsp salt
1汤匙 蚝油 - 1tbsp oyster sauce
半茶匙 黑酱油/ 老抽 - 1 tsp black soy sauce
1 茶匙 酱油 - 1 tsp soy sauce
1汤匙花雕酒 - 1 tbsp Huadiao wine
