It's my understanding (I'm likely wrong) that a secondary septic field needs to be shown on the plot plan, to replace the original when it gets full in decades to come so the pond must also avoid it?

Not all counties require that. However that is another reason we do not want to go past the point I showed towards county rd. Could put one in the field we don’t change to build pond
