Love how you deal with people. Very polite and very knowledgeable about a wide range of stuff. Keep up the good work dj. Think your much better on your own rather than teaming up.
Airbus air and space industry gets the top-level architecture. Even the street furniture down to barb wire is finely designed. Thanks for documenting this, DJ
Another brilliant video DJ and the man came out and told the viewers a bit about the site past and future why can't more people be like him, he's a credit to Airbus
Absolutely excellent. What a breath of fresh air for showing auditors, and the general public for that matter, how to behave in public! But just as importantly, showing people how to get what they want. Just be polite and respectful to EVERYONE and you don't need any fancy qualifications to become a success. Way to go DJ !
@@DJAUDITS That is so amazing. Good on him and his commentary was very, VERY informative. Great drummer, great band. DJ that's right out of 'where are they now. 😎
That what I like about you & your channel, your polite to the people that approach you. I don’t like the “auditors” that are aggressive or confrontational just to get a rise from the people they are filming. It’s understandable that not everyone knows the laws around filming and I like the way you politely “educate” them. A nice guy and a pleasure to watch. 👏
Exactly this. Those idiots who go out with the intention of out-Karening security guards for clicks give photographers, filmmakers and drone enthusiasts a bad name, and they really don't give a shit about educating people, photography or filmmaking. Glad to have found one who bucks that trend.
What I like about your channel is it is educational ,you do learn something ,not only 2 sides of people good or bad but what is happening around .Thanks for that very good .Keep up the good work .😊
Sometimes I think it would be great if you had your own business because when they say you are not allowed to do something, you could reply that your company has a policy that employees of other companies are not allowed to interfere with your audit. Then ask them why they think their employers policy should override your company's policy, and then end up explaining, that's whey there is a law and the law overrides policy when there is a conflict.
Excellent shots of the pincer taking down the lift shaft and demolition of the COB. Good approach with the Airbus employee he was more than happy to give some good info on the place as the drone went over. A good look at something the last time before into history. Great video DJ
I came across this channel yesterday. Very interesting that such mundane activity attracts such intense interest from 'security'. I have to say, the pandemic has created a situation in which all sorts of petty officials including police appear to have taken it into their heads they have a right to determine what you are allowed to do as a free citizen in the UK and that you have to have 'permission' to do something. That is not how the Common Law works. As free citizens we are free to do anything that is not specifically banned by law and petty officials are not the law.
Welcome back DJ...It was worth the wait. I really enjoyed this one with the Demolition etc. Huge place that and staff/security were professional etc. Amazed at the "Saterlite" equipment. Well done.
Alright DJ....my mate works with Demaster on the HIGH REACH machine.....nerve racking and very skillfull job ....hes at Redcar just now trying to deal with chimney that was meant to fall during recent demolishing of the huge forge there...fekin nightmare he reckons but im sure he will work it out

Airbus Defense and Space, Stevenage, new offices "Orbit House" opened August 2021. About 500 engineers and experts in their British space division to work at Orbit House with 11268 sqm office and lab space. Project was £35m, architect was RPA Group and contractor Willmott Dixon. Awesome to see the demolition crane in operation as well. Great job DJ.
Hello mate, have you ever contacted like the demolition companies or crane manufacturers with this type of footage? A blown up image of their product or their services in head offices would look incredible! Nice little revenue stream maybe? Great footage as usual.
Wow, amazing timing on getting that demolition vehicle in action. Great shots! Careful with your lines of sight though. You risk losing visibility of your drone's facing when it's partially occluded by the trees.
Alex represented very well, made polite enquiry which was prudent but had enough knowledge not to be over officious. A well timed handshake usually establishes a cordial exchange amongst the interpersonally skilled.
Great stuff DJ loved the crane footage bringing that building down big fail for security guard they never let you down authority nil the main guy at the end was at least interested and he was informative good to see one of your audits pop up have a great Christmas ho ho ho 👍♥️
Rule 1 of auditing :- as soon as they try to make contact , ask them for proof of ID. The guy at end wasn't showing an interest , he was only doing the usual fishing.
I’ve been to Stevenage a few times over the last year to visit the hospital there. I’ve even seen the Airbus site but never knew how extensive it was-long live drone freedom ❤
Great video as always dj . 1 question . You showed the map to show no flight restrictions but it looked as like you were in a red zone. Can you explain for me please as I am interested in buying a drone 🙂
I like it when employees come over and gives information on the business and doesn't bark orders as soon as they come over to you. He was polite and informative. A very rarity in this day and age. They're like the blood moons. A rare sight.
There is an Airbus facility in Corsham on Skynet Drive. They have a no drone zone there as it's part of MOD Corsham and Corsham Computer Center. There is also a massive bunker complex underneath the entire area. It's known to be the equivalent of NORAD in Cheyenne Mountain in the US.
Thanks for this, I used to work here years ago circa 2001, in those days it was called Astrium and we manufactered satalites. A great place to work . I have been in the COB many times. Sad to see it go.

Hi DJ. When you showed the drone assist map, you said that there were no restrictions. But it looks like you were in the Luton CTR stub which is in effect from the surface to 3500ft above MSL. When I look at that space in drone assist it says that this airspace has a specific classification applying to manned aviation and that it ‘may’ have implications on the flying of drones. My question is what information are you working on in your risk assessment that says you are ok? My reason to ask is not to find fault but I’m a new drone pilot in a similar position in a neighbouring CTR.
