It’s crazy how expensive cards are. I know you guys are in Canada but for my American friends, fortunately cards are still $1 at dollar tree and those are the high quality ones. There are cards that are 2 for $1 that are noticeably smaller but still printed on good quality paper. Additionally check your grocery store or Walmart. Heck even Target might have a $0.99 card section
