I have been chasing that God forsakin card for over two years. It has gotten so bad the online Pokemon community around me has been trying to pull it for me as well. We are all starting to believe the Lugia is a myth and does not exist. "It is the Loch Ness Monster" People that show that they found it online and through videos is all just make believe. We've been hitting it hard over the past few months and probably opened 1000 packs. "It just doesn't exist" I wish you luck on your hunt.
