Wow! Excellent catching all the trains in multiple locations, especially the Easter egg hunting in Altoona, Pennsylvania, I like them, @Virtual Railfan, thank you very much.

Great captures! Thanks for another great video. Not sure if it's on my end but it seems that I had to turn of the volume level on this video compared to most of the prior vids. Normally my volume level is between 7 & 9, but this one I had to turn up to level 14 🤔 I hope my tv soundboard isn't going out. 😮
Loved seeing the kids racing the train in Elkhart right at the start--future railfans I'll bet. Looked up the Spirit of Ravenna and found out what a great partnership it represents; now I'll look for that engine just the way I look for the Spirit of the Armed Forces (thanks for that catch too). The Easter egg hunt was a hoot, but the music was what really made it. Thanks for another wonderful video!
@@maynardcarmer3148 I'm sorry to hear that. After that one fiasco, my family avoided other Easter egg hunts because we had "been there, done that." As an adult, I went to a church with Easter egg hunts, but they were only for kids age 4 and younger and the eggs were plastic and had inserted items instead of being colored and dyed boiled eggs.
Oh COOL! I looked up the article on the statue, and on March 30--Secretariat Day (his birthday) I will remember that amazing creature and be glad to know that there's a statue of him in Ashland.
A patched ex-Southern Pacific unit, CSX 1776, a warbonnet, and predominantly graffiti free and brand new auto racks. When it comes to showing us good stuff, Virtual Railfan doesn't "horse" around.
16:40 My Dad used to work in downtown Downers Grove, IL; and he got to watch commuters losing their minds after getting $250 tickets for walking around the gates.
It's a beautiful statue! Why Ashland? If they can afford an artistic feature like that, why can't they afford to fix the crossings so cars don't run the tracks? It's a simple fix if anyone will listen.
FYI-Lunar ECLIPSE- March 25th[tonight],Solar ECLIPSE- April 8th,so you don't get caught flat-footed! Always excellent work,and great editing,as usual,thank you!! Thank you 😇 😊!
The Solar ECLIPSE goes over Texas, and up to New England,so there should be several points of intersection with the cameras! The path has been published on TH-cam,and will be useful! Thanks guys, for your work, and awareness! Thank you 😇 😊!
Question...why is there so much foot traffic across the tracks on the Flagstaff AZ live stream view? Sometimes there will be groups of 10 or more people crossing at one time. I was wondering if this was a convenient crossing for college kids going from bar to bar? It just caught my attention a couple weeks ago seeing very large groups of people going back and forth at this location. Thanks for any information!!
GEEZ... you think they had enough construction workers to mount that statue?? Must have been a union job. One to operate the crane, one to hold the tag line when it was untangled from the trees and about 30 to stand there looking important
Happy Easter all Virtual Railfans🐰🚂🐰
Love the Secretariat statue. Teared me up seeing the greatest horse ever portrayed in that statue. Well done.
Thanks for the Trains VRF, also good to see the Easter Egg hunt at the Curve.

Can you have a raifan camera in Mexico? It would be interesting seeing the autoracks and Ferromex engines.
I didn't know horses could fly. So Secretariat was the first 'horse fly' ? I see why he was so special !
Nah, this was one more chance for him to fly!
Loved loved Thanks VRF 🤗
Yes! My son and I made the grab bag at 5:08!Thanks!
Such a cool catch of Secretariat 😉
Blessed Resurrection Sunday! It’s not about the bunny it’s about the Lamb!

The only Easter egg hunt I went to, they only made 300 eggs and around 1,000 kids showed up. What a fiasco!!
When I was a kid the eggs were actually hidden, not a mad skirmish to get to them on open ground...
@The_Dudester
That's one more than I ever went to.

Can I ride in your locomotive engine? When horses fly. Hold on.
😁😉

Looks like Amtrak 148 got in a fight! I wonder what the other guy looked like.
It hit a tree in Maryland coming out of Washington
Secretariat mighta been able to run fast, but Mr. Ed could talk.
hello Virtual Railfan & it's is Randy and i like yours video is cool & Thanks Virtual Railfan & Friends Randy
GPS: "DARWIN",
Make left at horse on corner of the crossing in Ashland 😮😂.
I see 👀, this coming at 3 AM😮😂.
What happened to the door of that Amtrak engine
Saw many biclops today.
Thank You for submitting Robert ! Great Stuff ! Glad to have seen it LIVE !

Beautiful Statue if Ol' Red !
But His Three Socksb seemed to be missing...
*Awesome*

Big auto rack, nice video and catches in Roanoke!🛤🚂

Secretariat had connections to Ashland... The statue is old and was moved... Yes NS needs to tend their knitting...
@@ren-uz2mz Thank you. I figured as much.
There were multiple fundraisers for the statue. Secretariat was actually born in Doswell but the founder of Meadow Farm was from Ashland.

What is the story behind situating that beautiful statue. An event ?

the college is nearby, kids walk back and forth from bus stops, restaurants
@@johnstafford4304 Thank you!!
I was thinking that there would be a simple explanation, so this makes perfect sense!!
Brand new train cars Fresh Paint.
What is that DPU at 0:25 ? Doesn't look like BNSF
Articulated Cars 4:19
I hope nobody drives into the statue on their way to drive onto the tracks.
Virtual railfan had a booth at the Cleveland Ohio train show
Did they have to do a study to make sure that statue didn't offend anyone?
I have to take issue concerning Secretariat. In my opinion, Silver was the greatest horse of all time!
Is that Justify? Or American Pharaoh?
The statue maneuvering and the Easter Egg hunt were totally unnecessary.
GEEZ... you think they had enough construction workers to mount that statue?? Must have been a union job. One to operate the crane, one to hold the tag line when it was untangled from the trees and about 30 to stand there looking important
Another awesome Grab Bag video of a lot of fantastic trains.
