I bought my car a few months ago, but the instrument cluster doesn't display my speed or mpg. It only shows if the passenger doors are open. This doesn't seem right and I feel like it should be displaying more? Does anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it?
Tam Young Audi realised a lot of these model cars with a lot different types of parts I found this out when replacing a gearbox not all are the same electronically and mechanically. Just feed back for you hope this helps.

There is another option and thats to buy a Vag-Com which you would need to read up on how to use it. My 8p is from 2003 and it doesnt go to the menu... is it because of the year?

Because it is Petrol not Diesel and it looks like is low. Idle is good😉
