- Welcome to my Paris Apartment! I have been living in Paris for 4 years and this is my second apartment. It is a 40sqm (430 sqft) one bedroom apartment with a balcony and my rent is 1260€ (1523$) per month. This is my parisian home that my boyfriend and I decorated with our favorite antiques and do it yourself furnitures. From space saving tips to renter friendly decoration, step into my parisian life for some French vibes! We even have an Eiffel Tower view!

Hope you are doing well during these strange times, currently here in the USA it seems that Govt is allowing people not to pay rent but landlords still must pay real estate taxes and mortgage payments to banks and all bills to run the property. Small landlords are going bankrupt and bigger companies are buying up the property. Looks like US Govt trying to force people to be renters, not owners. Govt floating idea of empty shopping malls to become residential complexes with no need to leave the property.

Thank you! We have two utility connections, one the kitchen and one in the bathroom :) I think it is just a matter of how it is connected throughout the building

My girlfriend and I are moving to Paris France in 2023, and your the first person I've seen talking about their apartment in Paris who has a pet. We have two dogs and a cat. Any tips for which zone in Paris is best for a decent size apartment with a reasonable cost? We're looking into Montmarte.
Appartements in Paris are not the biggest so with two dogs, I would recommend looking for a place close to a nice parc. I love Montmartre but it doesn't have the most green areas

Yes, unfortunately our building was not an historical building. But the good thing is that our windows are a bit better at keeping the cold out compared to historical ones 😉
