Hello Sir I am an Architect and I work on site analysis if I have already the site map with buildings, How to make the buildings 3d without this grid ?

You can use the 3d option under Effect menu. In classic 3d Extrude & Bevel Options (Classic) panel, you can use position drop down menu at top left corner to make any shape 3d in no time.
