mine does not have those options when i click on gradient its only the black and white option

i am having a problem that i need to edit the transformation on a individual level (each object). but i need to do this after the array is done. how do i apply the array so i can edit every object after that? (i used the last option of array, so i have a correct spacing of 5mm)
