im just guessing but id say if youre below 30 everyday should be fine, considering it doesnt seem too taxing, but if u do it make sure you warm up your knees properly with wall sits to avoid injury, which can happen from being sedentary all day to immediately doing medium intensity activities like jumping lunges.

U can do it before a game to activate the legs
Push ups and racket swings for faster footwork?
racket swings i guess, but dont use the pushup example from Aylex, his form is improper here especially with his elbows flared. i dont quite see the angle, but if those elbows are too flared out, you can injure yourself. Try to look for another pushup tutorial vid buddy. Other than that, the other workouts should be fine
