Carlin, it's so sweet how you were there for your sister. I always imagined that all your siblings were very close, but Alyssa says you don't all get along. I HOPE she meant just at times, like any big family. It would hurt my heart to think otherwise. My mom has 7 brothers & 6 sisters. Once in awhile one is at odds with another, but nothing major & ongoing.

If I would have waited till I never had a seizure I would never have become a mother. I have 5 intelligent healthy kind loving kids. Epileptics can be loving nurturing mom's. Disabled people deserve happy lives and families. Her family size is between her and her husband and drs not for us to decide. If she has 2 kids and is content stopping there that's wonderful and if she has more someday that's fine too.

Carlin and Evan, your gratitude for the two children God has blessed you with (a girl and a boy, no less) is so refreshing and so beautiful. I never got to experience pregnancy and birth and that will hurt until the day I die. 😢 I do have four adopted (now adult) children. I am so grateful to be a mother, but three of mine have moderate to very serious mental illness. I say this to encourage you in your gratitude for the family you now have. And I know God will determine your future steps as a family of four…or more? God bless you and your sweet family. Love this channel and family. ❤
