my favorite is flat mop. easy to reach corners and covers more area while cleaning. thank you so much, the diy mop hack is definitely gonna help me.
It is suitable for floors having large areas, not suitable for floors having small areas and occupied with cupboards, almirahs chairs, table etc.

We use old sweaters on regular wiper for bramda etc:D

I use your DIY mope since 5 years ... v happy with it .... it’s work properly wall side and corners also as viper sticks to the wall and dose work in 90 degree goes under furniture + once in week after mopping.. specially clean all four sides of wall, corner + skirting by hand

Clipping the cloth with wiper was awesome. Been using it that way. Now with clipping idea, u solved my problem. Thanks. Sense and simplicity.
I have been using the second mop shown in the video for the past 4 months and it has really worked for me. Changed the refill after four months. Bought it from D mart for 590/- which included the stick mop+ refill + bucket and 1 year guarantee. For me, it was a great deal.

I too use spin mop but face the lint issue and broom strands which gets stick to its microfiber and corner cleaning also. So I don't use it on regular basis . I keep switching between spin mop , traditional hand moping with cloth and sometimes in rare cases mop with wiper.
I have been using twist mop since last 3 months and it is absolute comfort for me to clean my home using it...It removes stains easily and is very easy to maintain as well.

Have you figured out an alternative to traditional jhadu to clean the floors before mopping? Like a long handle tool that you can use?
Our fast and hectic world made us rely on mops. Otherwise it's just our heavy old bedsheets which work better than all those. When you mop with hands and your position close to the floor, you can be very much assured of achieving 100% results. Plus a good exercise.
Anyways, we have to change with the time. My fav is the spin mop just like yours. It's quiet efficient.

It is really help, but i use diy mop and I put a old t shirt in it so doesn't move from the neck side it's really waorks 👍

Using old t shirt ( other clothing items too)is the oldest Indian hack we use daily 😆😆
My best mop is a sponge squeeze mop I had bought from a fair ... it was sold by a company from Singapore ... they gave me an extra sponge .. it lasted me 10 to 12 years without hassle ... no need to broom your room ... just wet the mop in water and squeeze and mop ur floor ... it took me just 15 minutes to clean my 3 bhk flat ... now after all these years it has gone a little worn out. Cannot find any replacement or aternative and have also lost the manual they gave me along with it ... so cannot help with the name of the company. The one's in the Indian market now is not even 10 % worth in comparison.

I love the last one DIY mop because due to lockdown unable to buy earlier mops...
Ive been using scotch brite microfiber flat mop for dry and wet since last 3 months. Most days i just dry mop. It picks up the fine dust and the heavy dust is pushed into a corner. U dont need to wet mop unless your floor got dirty wet which is rare and only in the kitchen . Best part is the dust doesnt fly around like when u sweep with a broom. And dipping your mop in dirty water and mopping is a bad idea.. which is done with other mops. My 80 year old mom uses it too. Her white mosaic floor has never looked whiter. The mop has a telescopic handle so u can adjust to your height. The mop cloth is easily removable for cleaning. I use a clothes brush for cleaning. Most efficient painless and very less time required. And u can clean walls fans and absolutely anything. I cleaned my whole 3bhk two floor row house without breaking a sweat in under two hours. Including walls windows fans furniture etc. Window panes become clear as crystal in just two simple swipes
Ive always rued living in pune as its the dustiest city ever. No more!
