This is the best Flash Keaton Batman figure...until the Hot Toys drops, that is. It's a $60 figure that kinda looks like a $100 figure, no joke, they've really come leaps and bounds from where they were just a few years ago. The McFarlane is a $25 figure that looks like a $25 figure and that's OK. Don't even waste your money on the SHF, the only thing holding the Beast Kingdom back is the unusual scale, you'll have to have a shelf dedicated strictly to Beast Kingdom figures.
Im genuinely so happy that this figure, the upcoming remaster 89 Figure, Kilmer, and Begins Bale don't move thier necks. Whenever I get figures from those films I refuse to move the heads past a certain point because I absolutely love how they couldn't back then. While many hate the sacrifice of articuation for accuracy but I don't and frankly prefer it
And now we need Mafex to save us all. Honestly, I would prefer getting one that is directly tied to the Burton films directly. None of these interest me, but Medicom has a major opportunity to deliver on a Mafex Keaton. If they can have multiple heads including a beaten one like at the end of the ‘89 film, that would be good. The Returns suit remains my favorite followed by the (most likely) first Battinson armor.
I have always have been wanting a Michael Keaton Batman figure from a company but the McFarlane version looks cool but ain't no way I can get him so my friend might get me Robert Pattinson Batman and maybe George Clooney Batman too, Great review on this Batman figure.
The one thing that bugs me about the cowl is that gap between the cape and shoulders it looks like it needs to be pushed down more. The belt can be affixed with a little bead of hot glue.
The scale is what drives me nuts, lol. I get what they’re doing but I wish they’d be in a slightly smaller scale. They look great for their price range, I will say that.
@@VenomSnake00 For real! The more you look at it, the more you'll be amazed how good the figure is. Considering the price range it's just *chef's kiss*
This is good, really if this was 1:12 scale I'd collect it. I'd still be fine with SHF as its good in 1:12 scale. I hate how the cape is done but that's ok
SF Figuarts really let me down with the Flash Batman. The promo pictures looked great but the figure in hand is vomit. I'm interested in the Beast Kingdom Keatons.
People are complaining for the size but i dont give a shi it literally beats them in looks and if they scaled them down it would show less detail and its the best one to Keaton's likeness mcfarlanes looks like a young kid in a batman costume with shfs looks like a old man with a disfigured nose
it is kind of funny to see you are talking about accuracy, but disregards that SHF is a 1/12 scale and Michael Keaton is 5'9". The SHF is exactly how tall Keaton would be shrunk down. If you are trying to be objective, at least get this part correct.
@@spidercrash Yeah..🙄 Another beast kingdom figures are coming out soon,I think it's a upgrade or a reissue of the product, review comes first, not buying.😅
The likeness of old Keaton is the best I have seen thus far. Man what a sculpt!

I have the Spinmasters 4”, haha 😂 and preordered the Hot Toys, but wondering if Mezco is planning on one as their 89 was pretty great!
wow, never heard of Beast Kingdom but damn this looks like a really solid figure. The paint job is great and that likeness as well
And now we need Mafex to save us all.

The McFarlane one I'd ok for a $25 figure only ears look odd and its missing the lines on is chest the spinster 12" is more accurate.

We just need a Beast Kingdom Chris Reeve figure

The scale really starts to grow on you after a while, especially out of the box posed up on a shelf
You wanna get nuts?

Great review! I think I need this one
I want the Returns suit!
Yeah this BK Batman version is definitely better looking out of the three, but it's a pass for me for it's scale, articulation and price.
Am I the only one triggered by the cowl with points sticking out???
Yeah I’m thinking of heating them with a hairdryer and pushing them down more.
It kinda looks robotic, but overall good figure for its price👍
People been sleeping on beast kingdom. They not the best in the game but there alot better than McFarlane especially when it comes to likeness.

Bat symbol looks nice, but I miss the real Burton bat symbol.
