I'm a die hard fan of another HBCU, but I can't hate on this show. This was one of the tighest band performances I've ever seen. The sound was good. The lines were straight. The formations were crisp. The musical arrangements were spot on(except for the ending on one song). The dancers showed out. The brass section killed it(❤trumpets). Bottom line, the time, effort and preparation for this show delivered the results and outcome you desired.
Thank you for saying this. People can still love their favorite but be mature enough to compliment another. The fans in the section where I was sitting thought Arkansas Pine Bluff did a good field show. And sang along with a lot of their songs in the stands. We need more people like you on these social media platforms
One of the smartest moves the Boom has made recently is transitioning to themed shows. All HBCUs should follow suit. A&T was the first I saw doing it every halftime, and now the Boom has adopted it, too! It instantly engages the crowd and boosts participation in the performance. WOW! AMAZING SHOW, BOOM! The J-sette uniform is PERFECTION! ❤🇺🇸
this is the first sonic boom half time show where the drum majors were the star of the show, they really turned it out. the jsettes did the usual they need 2 take it back 2 the 90s were they use 2 give performances for homecoming

@ Jackson State has not done themed shows every week for their halftime. They have not. That is something they recently started doing. ❤️🇺🇸
