It's really unhelpful to lump such a wide range of foods within simply 'ultra processed' category. There should be sub categories within it, so consumers are able to distinguish between foods like weetabix and awful E-number laden sweets.
Bad segment clearly still using the "Tower Block Tracey blue print," the show selected not so bad foods!!! Why not start with the good foods? Not so bad is still bad.
This guys believing less and less of what he's saying as the interview goes on, and the look on the women's face after he says that it's good option for old people says it all. They all clearly know none of this is a good option , for anyone, awful people.

Always look at the ingredients. Alot of times the cheaper brands are actually better for you. Tesco own weat biscuits are actually better for you than actual weetabix and the world food iles are better quality than alot of similar things on the other iles.
Like many things for years no don't do or use and now it is ok for some come on lets stop playing games. As for beans we already knew they are good for fiber but canned soups have too much sodium and eatch the oeanut butter the sugar content if not 100 %natural
I can’t do healthy eating anymore, as I suffer from Gastroparesis & am never hungry, ever. I mainly live on cheese, Haribos & Tesco salted caramel fudge. Also, the more people lecture about not eating processed foods the more I’ll eat them.
@@sherimillman53 I have no added sugar baked beans on keto. They don't raise blood sugar. Especially when you have cheese with it. And meat and eggs. Very healthy for your gut.
I think a certain doctor had a book to push and so was on as many tv shows as possible scaring the living daylights out of us. I often wonder if that doctor actually followed their advice to the letter.
