Your videos have been so useful. I have an iPhone 11 pro and want to upgrade but I don’t know if I should go all the way to the 14 pro or simply the 13 for the pink. Could you compare the 11 pro , 13 NOT PRO , and the new iPhone 14 pro. If you can. Please and thank you it would really help me out.
It really depends on what you want, the new 14 has the floating island and not the colour you want, so you could just get the 13 it’s also cheaper

Thanks for the video, very informative. I have just one question. There is what looks like paper taped into the bottom of each "cup" of the charging case. Do I need to remove these or are they integral to charging the air pods?

Just a FYI, the bigger you go on the air tips the better the bass sounds. I tried all the tips and the biggest ones had the deepest base. Plus you don’t have to push them in all the way sense they’re so Big just the tip is good enough :-)

That’s a good question . I have the Sony link buds s, and I’m going to return them for these. I let my elder parent try them ( they are having hearing problems) the ear that they have a problem with , remain the same with the earbuds on. Who

The fundamental how tos if you’ve never owned them before. This is somehow hard to find. I guess I have to read the manual.
I learned how to adjust the volume. There is a channel on the inside of the stems. Slide your finger up or down and the volume changes. This was by trial and error! I too would love a tutorial on how to make the best use of the features. These are some amazing pieces of technology!

About a month ago I bought my generation two pros connected them. They worked fine and they connected immediately. Well now I can’t get the darn things to connect to anything. I need instructions on exactly how to re-charge all of the stuff do I do it automatically, overnight for instance. The case case light will be blue but the pods do not give me the % of charging. I took it off my ipads and then reinstalled it and it still wont connect with my bluetooth . I have two airpods and im having trouble with both. I must be charging incorrectly. All of my devices are running the latest release.

Mine simply wont connect to my ipods or iphone. My pro gen 2 is listed but simply wont connect a few weeks ago they connected and played almost instantly but now wont come on. Am i charging them incorrectly. Overnight?

You did not show how to use the earbuds for controlling sounds.
That’s what I’m saying. All you do is rub either up or down against the indentations on the pods and it’ll go up and down

You have to manually add it. It's simply the battery widget :) If you have it added already, it automatically adds any new connected devices

Just got my airpods and my fan was on and when I put them in I thought my fan went off because the noise canceling is so good

Yes, of course. FF, RW, SKIP, PAUSE, Last song, Next song, restart current song. All the basic functions are there and you use that side button located on both stems. It's sweet and oh so smooooove.....
