I purchased a 2010 Camaro 2LT. Loved that car. Such a fun car to drive. Count yourself extremely lucky that you were able to get an allocation for this Camaro. Have fun with it. It's a beauty.
As a 2SS 1le owner it doesn't have spool valves. It has mag ride just like you're panther ZL1. The ZL1 1LE has spool valves suspension. Also the car you love SS 1LE has 455 hp not 465 HP. It's cool you got a Panther with all the pretty jewelry. But if you're going to oogle over a car it may help if you research what you're talking about. This was painful to watch how you act like you built this car and you're showing us the process. Feebrey🤣 Leave the jokes to Savage Geese😋 And Panther is the least creative nickname for a car that's already called Panther. I do wish you all the best with the car and keeping the Camaro on the roads for years to come.
I know where there is a Coupe, stick, with no Sunroof. It is number 211 of 350. It is at Sid Dillon Chevrolet in Blair Nebraska. It is not on the website but it is for sale from what I currently understand.

I am a long time Camaro owner going back to 1976. The one thing that really gripes me about Chevrolet/GM is the fact that you pay $50-85k for a Camaro or any other expensive GM car and the vehicles are delivered unprotected on a transport trailer. The least they could do is put a protective wrap around it like Audi's, Porches, etc. I think it is worth an extra few bucks to receive my car wrapped up prior to dealer delivery. My next car will NOT be a Chevy since they are doing away with Camaros. I will not buy a golf cart (EV) to drive. Fossil fuel rules. Yep I am a dinosaur.

I love the Camaro and will miss it. I was watching Throttle House review of the new Mustang Dark Horse and was astonished of what I learned from that episode. Turns out the Mach 1 ran a quicker lap
Time than the 1SS 1LE. Then the Dark Horse ran a quicker lap time than the MACH 1. That’s two 5.0 L Mustangs quicker around the track than the Camaro. It’s too bad it won’t be back for a 7th Gen so Chevy could try and take the crown back from at least the Mach 1 as the fastest track car under $75k since the Dark Horse is likely too far ahead performance wise. Those times run by Thomas who is such a consistent race car driver, prompted me to dig around for other lap times of the MAXH 1 performance. I discovered the MACH 1 beat the 1LE around VIR during Car and Drivers Lightning Lap by 3 seconds, which is a considerably amount…The fact the 1LE is no longer the fastest track car in its price range doesnt retract from the fact I will still miss it

I have # 131 and it does not have the black interior door trim either (boomerang) but iit did arrive with the fuel door which I opted to not install. Thanks for sharing, nice video
So how many ZL1s are they making total for 2024? I thought it was only the 350.
I love Camaro but this was a lazy sendoff from GM. Satin black is so common due to the wrap industry. I do love the sparkling paint on the SS model (panther edition). As for this ZL1 i would of wanted to see a few things : 1.) A more unique paint job 2.) More carbon accents such as carbon wheels, front splitter or seats. 3) POWER INCREASE
Collectors edition that performs exactly like last year's ZL1 . Cosmetic surgery and price increase only . Under Mary Barra, I don't expect them to build anything special ever . Bargain only . Ford GTD is special. Ford gt is special. Dodge hellcat, Demon , 170 , Trackhawk... special. At least the Cadillac brand tried with the Escalade V, and the CT6 V Blackwing.

I’m hournerd to hear that man. It makes me work harder on documenting this stuff knowing it is your goal to do this one day. My best advice is to keep focusing on those goals and eventually you will get there. Easier said than done but that fire is something that will take you places you never imagined. Coming from a kid who dropped out of school to pursue his passion in cars

On the Chevrolet website A LOT of 2024 Camaro are listed as "In Transit". With coupe production ending on 12/9/23 will many of the
"In Transit" cars not be made?
Also, have only seen 3LT and 2SS cars with the Collector's Edition option. Wasn't there supposed to be an LT1 Collector's Edition? Is there an LT1 Collector's Edition?
There is an RS version. I have also not seen any come out yet

I think there is about 5 I have heard of so far in Ontario. 1LE is likely just as rare

The matte paint is pretty sweet but that is about it. Other than paying extra for a "collector edition" I don't see the hype. To be completely honest a ZL1 1LE looks sooo much better all the way around. I think GM really let us down on this one. They could have made this so much better. This is a parts bin car thrown together. The ones I have seen for sale are going for $95k
Camaro will most likely to be reborn in a few years ... all electric and ultra fast .

WOW, it has the production number on the steering wheel? Uuuuuh🙄 Aside from that, nothing different cosmetically. Little disappointed. Would've been nice if they added at least more power. 650 has become boring. I'm entitled to say all this because I have a 2023 ZL1😌

@@Cars_and_Crosbie The car came out in 67.. I don’t think Marvel has anything to do with the car. I think the history of the original black panther car was from the movement that started in 1966.

Stupid. I tried to get one of these as soon as you could preorder. Even put a deposit down. Not long ago was told im not getting one.

I happen to like cars so much I made a career out of it.
As soon as I heard through a car and driver post that they were doing this I immediately placed a 1k deposit on it.
It is a manual allocation meaning that the dealer has no control over if they get one or not. It’s only by the luck of the draw that we received an allocation to order.
You should be happy I have decided to make my purchase and ownership an open book so that we can all be a part of it over someone who buys it and stores it in a garage never to be seen again.
I hear you man. I couldn't even order a regular zl1 1le back in January. Had to go used but I wouldn't trade mine for anything. I think a zl1 1le looks much better than the collector edition anyway. And you are right people that work at or own dealerships get first dibs on rare cars like this. The giant chevy dealership close to me has a copo camaro, a 2020 rally green zl1 1le and the owners wife was driving the first c8 z06 in the area among several others that just stay in their collection in the showroom, not for sale. It makes sense that they would get first dibs but not much you can do.
Nothing special about these. GM could have made it special but didn’t.
When has GM ever offered the ZL1 as a numbered special edition? When has the Camaro ever been available in a matte black? When has the the 1LE splitter and wing ever been offered in a non-1LE configuration? Special is in the eye of the beholder. Some 69 ZL1's sat around dealerships for over a year because nobody wanted them.
@@SwL_Wildcat all 5th gen Z’s are sequentially numbered. Mine is #213 of 1900+ ZL1 built in 2012. The matte black paint was offered on CT4 and CT5 Blackwing in 2022.
15k for an appearance package is a bit much but to each his own. Congratulations to Crosby for getting his. It’s obviously special to him and that’s what matters.
Excuse my frustration. It’s not directed at him. Rather at GM who couldn’t bring themselves to even include Cadillac’s more powerful LT4 in the last ZL1.
GM can’t even wind up production in a class manner. 6th Gen Camaro’s have always been treated like a poor stepchild, and since the pandemic both Chevrolet and their dealers have decided they can get away with charging ridiculous prices.
Never seen a matte paint on a 1LE Z.. would you rather engineers focus on the future or finessing the past?

I agree with you man, not that special other than small production numbers. I think it would have looked better with the canards ,19" matte black wheels and a little more power even if it was just a 20-30hp bump. I'm sure it will be very valuable in 20 years but I feel like mine will be as well.
Oh, and congrats on getting the 2023. GM wouldn't let me order the sharskin metallic 1le I wanted
Still Champion 🏆 everyday. Ford Mustang GT500 still trash + Fordperfomance team. I love my ZL11LE 10 Speed my ZR1 C7 Corvette is very fast cars.
