- Chef Zarine Khan's Kali Miri Mutton & Sukha Karela Recipes With Sussanne Khan & Jackky Bhagnani |EP10
Sukha Karela :
350gm Karelas
Salt to taste
4 tbsp white vinegar
Mix well
Set it aside for 15-20 min
Wash the karelas 2-3 times with water
Heat oil
Deep fry for 15-20 min
3 Sliced onions
1 tsp Red chili powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
Salt to taste
Mix well

Kali Miri Mutton :
3-4 tbsp Oil
4-5 Green cardamom
3-4 Cloves
2 Cinnamon sticks
3 Chopped onions
500 gm Mutton pieces
2 tsp Ginger paste
2 tsp Garlic paste
Salt to taste
1 Finely chopped potato
3 Cups of water
2 Diced potatoes
2 tsp Crushed black pepper
Cook for 45-50 min
Freshly chopped coriander
8-10 Mint leaves
5-6 Whole green chilies
2 tsp Crushed black pepper
Cook for 30min
2-3 tbsp Lemon juice
1 tsp Crushed black pepper
Cook for 2 min
Chopped coriander to garnish
