Chef Zarine Khan's Aloo Chakana & Hara Masala Mutton Recipe With Farah Khan & Jackie Shroff | EP 3
Aloo Chakana Recipe :
In a pan 2-3 tsp Oil
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
2 Diced Onions
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
Mix Well
1 tsp Garlic paste
1 tsp Ginger Paste
300 ml Tomato Puree
2 Fried Potatoes
4 tsp Yogurt
Salt To Taste
Cook For 10-15 Min
4-5 Green Chillies
Freshly Chopped Coriander
Steam it for 2 min

Hara Masala Mutton Recipe :
3-4 tbsp Oil
7-8 Cloves
5-6 Cardamom and Fry them
4 Sliced Onion
Mix Well
500gm Marinated Mutton Piece and mix well and cover with lid and cook for 10min
2 Cup Green Paste Mixture made of Mint Leaves, Coriander Leaves, Onion, Coconut Powder Salt To taste, water as required, 4-5 black pepper and grind it well add water as required and let it cook on low flame for 10-15 min.
Garnish the dish with onion rings, grounded black pepper powder, lemon juice and let it steam for 2 min.

You can also make Hare masale ke chops or tender beef or lamb cut in medium thin slices , grind the green masala with out onions then marinate the chops or beef or lamb, dry cook on tava or pan with little oil, look up Bangalore style Hare masale ke chops.I miss my mom and dadi and nani ma's cooking

I came upon this while casually scrolling for recipes. I love the fact that this is not your usual masala curry butter chicken naan stuff! The mutton chops looked yummy. Imagine this, Jaggu dada eating food with hands explaining Farah(who incidentally eats food with spoon) the importance of getting healthy, by eating food with Panch Tatva of 5 fingers. Quite a confusing site for viewers worldwide. Anyway, I always loved watching Zarine aunty long even before she casted her show. She's a lovely human as it is.
