    Exactly the same problem the other two users have specified. The device does not appear in the app after litter calibration. Waiting for a fix.

    I cannot connect device to the M1. Followed instructions but it said connection interrupted. Please help

    The device can't connect to the app. after the above processing, I couldn't find the device on the app. The device appeared on the app a little bit second, and It disappeared. I use 2.4g wifi, I think It is not my network problem, It would be probably app problem or device. Please fix it ASAP.

      I am having exactly the same problem. Did customer service provide a fix for this?
