I love the recipes that you make and love how they are so low in calories! I think it would be really cool if you made a grocery haul for most of the recipes you make! Like " if you want to make most of my bread/dessert recipes here are the things that you need!" I just thought it would be a cool idea so that your viewers don't get overwhelmed with the things that they need to make your amazing recipes!
This is a perfect dish for those of us who need to transition into Fall kicking and screaming. I love summer but this will soften the blow of losing summer. Great recipe! I'm glad I had your channel recommended on my recommendations! Btw, I find your weight loss journey inspiring!

I'm on a cloud pizza bender right now, so I'm definitely going to try this recipe. But I have a thought. What if you blended lowfat cottage cheese to mix in with the pumpkin? That would give you a bunch of extra protein and maybe also capture the flavor you want from the cream cheese extract. I'll try it soon and let you know how it goes.

Ingredients you’ll need:
CINNAMON ROLL BASE:
- 4 Egg Whites
- 40g Erythritol/Sugar Replacement Sweetener
- 10g Corn Starch
- 5g Whole Psyllium Husks
- 5g (1 tsp) Vanilla Extract
- 5g (1 tsp) Butter Extract
- 5g (1 tsp) Cake Batter Extract
- Pinch of Salt
- 2 tsp of Cinnamon
FILLING:
- 120g (1/2 Cup) Pumpkin Purée
- 20g (2 tsp) SF Maple Syrup
- 30g Erythritol/Sugar Replacement Sweetener
- 5g (1 tsp) Vanilla Extract
- 5g (1 tsp) Butter Extract
- Pinch of Salt
- 2 tsp of Cinnamon
GLAZE:
- 20g Powdered Erythritol/Sugar Replacement Sweetener
- 5g Almond Milk (add a little at a time)
- 3g (1/2 tsp) Cream Cheese Extract
** Substitute the cream cheese extract for 28g of light cream cheese and 28g of greek yogurt for a thicker cream cheese frosting consistency instead of a glaze/icing consistency.
** Sprinkle some Pumpkin Pie Seasoning on top if you have it :)
